Welcome to the Pittsburgh Swing Dance Community (PSDC), Pittsburgh's home for Lindy Hop! Our events include progressive lessons, weekend workshops, and weekly social dances.

WHEN

Every Wednesday

7:00-8:00pm Month-long lesson series. Series begin 1st Wednesday of each month.

8:00-10:00pm Social Dance - No experience, No partner needed!

SAFETY

All attendees must adhere to our Safer Spaces policy to participate in our dances. This policy addresses consent, safety on the dance floor, and our Safer Spaces procedures.

Live Music

Lindy Hop developed alongside Jazz music in the ballrooms and nightclubs of Harlem.

PSDC aims to have live bands playing at our dances once a month. Other weeks, our DJs will be spinning tunes from the 1920s to now!

Community

It's in our name! Dancing and music brings us together, but we organize other social events like game nights, laser tag, mini golf, and traveling together to dance events in other cities!
